Single Digital Gateway
Virovitica-podravina County participates in the establishment of a Single Digital Gateway in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 of the European Parliament and Council on the establishment of a single digital gateway for access to information, procedures, support services and problem solving and on the amendment of Regulation (EU) no. 1024/2012, as well as Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market.
Virovitica-podravina County wants to provide access to:
- information on rights, obligations and rules established in Union law and national law that are applicable to users exercising or intending to exercise their rights arising from Union law with regard to the internal market in the areas listed in Annex I of the Regulation;
- information on online and offline procedures and links to online procedures, including procedures covered by Annex II, established at the national or Union level to exercise rights and fulfill obligations and rules within the internal market in the areas listed in Annex I of the Regulation;
- information on support and problem solving services, and links to them, listed in Annex III. Regulation or referred to in Article 7, to which citizens and companies can contact with questions or problems related to their rights, obligations, rules or procedures from points (a) and (b) of this paragraph.
